I have been an occupational therapist for 24 years and have been the owner of TheraCare, Inc. since its inception in 1997. I have always found great reward in my work with adults and children and love to see transformation in the lives of our clients.  Interacting with all ages and levels of ability has been a great opportunity for which I am eternally grateful. My mission is twofold: to promote independence and confidence in the lives of our patients, and to provide a quality working environment for our staff that allows them to serve clients from their own communities.  We pride ourselves in being locals who provide great care and hope to take care of your family as if they were our own.

I am a graduate of the University of Kentucky and have been a physical therapist for almost 30 years.  I joined TheraCare in 1999 and serve as the director of physical therapy services. Over the years, I have treated patients in a variety of settings including outpatient, home health, school system, First Steps, skilled nursing facility, and inpatient acute care.  My time is currently devoted to outpatient therapy which gives me the opportunity to work with patients of all ages and levels of impairment. I strive to make our patient’s experience with therapy as enjoyable as possible while helping them to improve their overall function and quality of life.

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, I have worked for Theracare since 2002. I have experience working with patients in a variety of settings such as outpatient clinics, school systems, and home health. I enjoy working with patients with a variety of disabilities and within a broad age range. My personal goal is to treat every patient with respect and provide treatment that will help them recover quickly.
